Flavorloom Terms of Use

Agreement

By downloading, accessing, or using Flavorloom, you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, do not use the app.

Culinary and generated content

Flavorloom provides bundled culinary reference material and can generate recipes from palette and Pantry context. Reference and generated content may be incomplete, inaccurate, unsuitable, or unavailable. Generated recipes do not create or modify FlavorCorpus relationships and are not medical, nutritional, or other professional advice.

Food, allergy, and cooking safety

You must independently check every ingredient, allergen, dietary restriction, substitution, quantity, and instruction before cooking or serving food. You remain responsible for safe purchasing, handling, storage, preparation, cross-contamination controls, doneness, and safe internal temperatures. Do not rely on Flavorloom to determine whether food is safe for you or anyone else.

Subscriptions

Flavorloom Plus is offered through monthly and annual auto-renewable subscription plans with no introductory offer configured. Features requiring an active entitlement remain unavailable when a subscription expires or cannot be confirmed, while the ungated Data & Privacy route remains available.

Billing and cancellation

StoreKit’s localized price, billing period, renewal disclosure, and purchase confirmation are authoritative. Payment is charged by Apple to your Apple Account. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled according to Apple’s displayed terms. Apple handles subscription management, cancellation, and refund requests; deleting Flavorloom or local app data does not cancel a subscription.

Acceptable use

You may use Flavorloom only in compliance with applicable law and these terms. You may not misuse the app, attempt to defeat access controls, interfere with its operation, reverse engineer it except where applicable law expressly permits, or use generated content to cause harm or misrepresent unsafe information as verified guidance.

Availability

Flavorloom, Apple Foundation Models, StoreKit, subscription products, and individual features may not be available on every device, operating-system version, account, storefront, or territory. Features may change, be interrupted, or be discontinued, and local data can be lost through device failure, app deletion, or operating-system behavior.

No warranties

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Flavorloom is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of accuracy, completeness, fitness for a particular purpose, noninfringement, uninterrupted availability, or that any recipe or culinary relationship will produce a desired or safe result. Rights that cannot legally be disclaimed remain unaffected.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Flavorloom’s owner and contributors are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for losses arising from reliance on culinary or generated content, food handling, allergens, device data loss, or service interruption. This limitation does not apply where liability cannot legally be limited.

Changes

These Terms of Use may be updated as Flavorloom, subscription terms, or legal requirements change. The Last updated line will identify the owner-approved effective date. Continuing to use Flavorloom after an updated version takes effect constitutes acceptance where permitted by law.
