Ourania Terms of Use

Agreement

By using Ourania, you agree to these Terms of Use and to any Apple terms that apply to apps, in-app purchases, and subscriptions. If you do not agree, do not use the app.

Astrology content

Ourania provides astrology-related information, interpretations, forecasts, questions, and reports for personal insight and reflection. It is not medical, legal, financial, psychological, or other professional advice.

Subscriptions

Ourania Plus is available as monthly and annual auto-renewable subscriptions. Eligible new subscribers may start with a 3-day free trial. After the trial, the subscription renews automatically at the selected price unless canceled at least 24 hours before the trial ends.

Billing and cancellation

Subscriptions are billed through your Apple ID. You can manage or cancel your subscription in Apple ID Subscriptions. Ourania cannot cancel subscriptions or issue refunds directly; refund requests are handled by Apple.

Acceptable use

Do not use Ourania to violate law, harm others, interfere with the app, reverse engineer the app, or submit content that you do not have the right to use.

Availability

We may change, suspend, or discontinue features at any time. Some features may depend on device settings, network availability, Apple services, or third-party infrastructure.

No warranties

Ourania is provided as is and as available. To the extent permitted by law, we disclaim warranties of accuracy, availability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, Ourania is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the app.

Changes

We may update these Terms of Use from time to time. The latest version will be available in the app and through the public Terms of Use URL provided in App Store Connect.
